专家简介：Professor Wang is Professor Emeritus at School of Marine & Atmospheric Sciences, Stony Brook University (USA). He did his undergraduate study (Physics) at Tsinghua University (Taiwan), and completed his Ph.D. (Physical Oceanography) at University of Miami. Before joining Stony Brook as a Full Professor in 1985, he was at Johns Hopkins University (1976-1980) and Argonne National Lab (1980-1984). Professor Wang is renowned worldwide for his work in coastal and estuarine oceanography. His research has spread over the east and west coasts of the U.S., the Gulf of Mexico, the Mediterranean Sea, and the South China Sea. He is currently visiting the State Key Lab of Satellite Ocean Environmental Dynamics (Hangzhou).。
