专家简介： 

Dr U C Dumka is a researcher at Aryabhatta Research Institute of Observational Sciences (ARIES), Nainital, India. He is working as ‘Scientist’ at ARIES, Nainital India. Dr. Dumka has broad area of research interest in aerosol physical, optical and chemical properties of aerosols, aerosol absorption, hygroscopic and microphysical properties of aerosols, in-situ and remote sensing of aerosols, carbonaceous aerosols more specially black carbon, elemental carbon and organic carbon, cloud-aerosols interaction, specific phenomenon like dust storms and biomass burning and its impact on radiative and climate. He was actively involved in several national and international field campaigns such as ISRO-ARFI, ICARB, TIGERZ, GVAX and PACE.
